Today is certainly a lazy day.  I succombed to the college-girl fashion trap of leggings.  Normally I would try to resist such an urge to throw on a pair of leggings, but today I failed.  Miserably.

I'm also noticing looking at these pictures that 1) I probably should stop napping and start working out more, and 2) I need to lay off the cafeteria food.  But how can I be expected to do that when I can barely put on a reasonable pair of pants?

Happy Groundhog's Day to all!  It's once again a beautiful day.  If this is winter, I would be happy to have plenty more of it  (keep it coming Phil). 

So, I found this skirt in my closet safety-pinned to a shirt as a makeshift dress.  I figured I would demote it back to a skirt because I sold some of my cute skirts yesterday (did I mention I made $37?) 

There is so much going on in my life right now and I am so happy for most of it, excluding homework, test, quizzes, etc.  I would love to get to know my readers better and hear what you have to say, so if you are so inclined, feel free to comment on this post or any post.  If you have any questions, I am more than happy to answer any of them.  I really just want to share my joy  (I'm on the cheesy train, I know).

Lesson Learned

So, I learned a very important lesson today.  No it didn't have anything to do with the apparant stellar motion of stars or the derivative the the number e.  Wear sensible shoes.  Seems simple, no.  Wrong.  I got dressed today thinking I would be completely fine with my high-heeled lace up ankle boots.  Wrong again. 

Let's review.

1.  What should you do when it's the apocalypse?

            Answer: Wear sensible shoes

2. What should you do if you're being chased by blood-thirsting vampires?

            Answer: Wear sensible shoes (but if one of them is cute...)

3.  What should you do when you wake up and look out the window and see there is snow on the ground and the sidewalks are icy and you have to walk up a hill to get to class?

            Answer: Wear sensible shoes

Third Day of Second Semester

{Similar Jeans, Similar Boots}

Alright, so.  This is my first outfit post.  YAY!!!  I finally got my new camera and coudn't wait to try it out.  By the time I got all the gadgets and gizmos straightened out, it was dark outside hence the lame dorm photos.  Hopefully the stereotypical "college girl taking pictures of herself in a poorly lit dorm hallway" won't immediately turn off anybody to this blog, but who knows?  Some consider hallway pics almost as bad as shameful mirror pics.  

So, about my outfit... I didn't realize that my outfit screamed Phd until someone called me "m'am" today.  I cringed.  I actually cringed.
